This year, DFI Retail Group organised a vibrant Physical Wellbeing Expo as part of our Health & Wellbeing Awareness Month. The event, themed “Own Your Path to Wellbeing: Assess, Engage, Thrive!”, featured a range of engaging activities designed to empower team members in their wellbeing journey.
 
Team members had the opportunity to explore various free assessments, including AI wellness scans, blood tests, and vision screenings. Interactive booths offered insights into physical health through skin analysis and exercise motion tracking. 
 
The expo also included informative workshops, providing valuable tips for maintaining a healthy lifestyle and serving as a comprehensive resource for Team Members to learn about their wellbeing and take proactive steps toward a healthier future.
