Among the many learning initiatives at DFI, People Month is the most eye-opening experience for me. Team members from all areas of expertise come together to exchange insights, share tools and skills, and ignite creativity, bringing about both practical knowledge and powerful insights. Through facilitated sessions, we are able to stay ahead of the latest technology and market trends, while also acquiring problem solving and project management strategies directly applicable in our works.

What makes it even more impactful is the interactive nature of the workshops. I am introduced to team members from different functions. As we exchange our views during discussions and collaborative tasks, I gain fresh perspectives on familiar issues and projects. This strengthens my ability to work across teams and makes me feel energised and inspired as I get back to my own work. The experience set the stage for ongoing personal and professional development. By the end of People Month, I have not only equipped myself with the knowledge and skills to enhance my project management, but also become more determined to grow, both in mindset and capability.
