The leadership program at DFI completely transformed the way I lead my team. While I understood the importance of motivating team members towards a common goal before I joined, I found it difficult to put into practice. Through workshops, seminars, executive coaching, and development programs, I gradually found out what team leadership truly entails — it is not just about management, but also being the inspiration. Indeed, I have not only acquired effective communication techniques and strategies to set clear expectations. Most importantly, I have learned how to ignite my team’s passion and drive. The hands-on workshops and real-life case studies we worked through also gave me the confidence to handle tough situations. Whether it was a tight deadline or a team challenge, I am confident that I can devise a solution and ride the tide with my team members. The result is remarkable. Today, my team is more engaged, enthusiastic, and aligned with our shared vision. They’re not just meeting expectations, but also exceeding them. The shift in their morale and performance has been both rewarding and humbling to witness, serving as an reaffirmation of the power of strong leadership.
