As a Values Ambassador, I am proud to be playing a part in creating a deeper bonding within the organisation by fostering a value-driven culture. One of the most fulfilling tasks is to lead values training sessions. These sessions are more than just formal training — they offer a unique space for team members to reflect on their personal values and align them with DFI’s core principles, reinforcing a sense of unity within the team, while also building a more cohesive and motivated culture. It is delightful to see how these conversations impact the team in a positive way. The discussions often spark deep insights, helping individuals understand how our shared values guide not only our work but also our relationships with one another. It’s immensely rewarding to witness how these sessions facilitate team members’ transformation, and how they help shape a dedicated and close-knitted team that serves the community with all their hearts. Being a part of this process has not only benefited my professional journey, but also brought a sense of purpose to my role. Apart from deepening my understanding of DFI’s core values, it has also strengthened my personal commitment to live by them every day.
