At DFI, our commitment to diversity and inclusivity extends beyond our workplace and stores to actively support advocacy in the community. This year, we proudly sponsored Pink Dot Hong Kong for the third consecutive time, celebrating love, equality, and inclusivity within the LGBTQIA+ community.

Despite the heavy rain on the day of the event, enthusiasm and positivity prevailed as volunteers and business leaders gathered to join the celebration. Rain or shine, DFI showed up with over 30 dedicated volunteers from across our banners, alongside our leaders, to demonstrate our commitment to this meaningful cause. Together, we celebrated the principles of diversity and inclusion, enjoying the festivities and fostering a strong sense of community.

Pink Dot Hong Kong aims to increase public awareness, eliminate discrimination, and promote respect for diversity. The event features a variety of entertaining and educational programs, including free concerts, forums, and engaging booths that celebrate and inform attendees of all ages.

Through our ongoing sponsorship of Pink Dot Hong Kong, we are proud to contribute to a movement that raises awareness and advocates for the equality of the LGBTQIA+ community. We believe in co-creating a world where everyone can be themselves, respected, and celebrated for who they are, regardless of their background.
