With an innovative and inclusive mindset, he rolled out a change management plan for recruiting and onboarding hearing-impaired team members. The plan included store walks and experience sharing, learning sign language with his team, and producing badges to avoid miscommunication. Jack’s efforts have reduced the kitchen team’s vacancy rate by 10% and, more importantly, fostered an inclusive culture.
