DFI Future Retail Leaders Programme
The 21-month Future Retail Leaders Programme is designed to develop graduated talents to be our future leaders in DFI. You will undergo various job rotations and be challenged to take on responsibilities and projects. Successful high-calibers will land in the designated functions upon completion of the programme and become part of the valuable talent pool for our future leadership.

About You
- Graduates with a bachelor's degree in any field of study with less than 2 years of full-time working experience
- Internship or part-time job experience(s) with exposure to retail, B2C or any service-oriented industries is preferable
- Demonstrate learning agility, with can-do mindset
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Eligible to work in our operating markets
Application period has been closed for 2024 Intake.
Programme commences in July every year.
