What we offer
Our Store Management Trainee Programme aims to develop and prepare team members for a long-term career in retail store operations. It provides the perfect opportunity for trainees to gain comprehensive on-the-job and classroom training equipping them with critical store management skills. The programme lasts from 6 to 12 months depending on country/location, specific training needs of individuals and differing retail formats, offers hands-on store management exposure including customer service, cashiering, product knowledge, roster planning, budgeting and people management. Trainees will be assigned mentors and receive regular feedback sessions to guide them throughout the programme.
Upon successful completion of the programme, trainees will be promoted to the role of Assistant Store Manager or equivalent. Outstanding performance may subsequently lead to promotion to Store Manager and, beyond that, to Area Manager, where you would be managing a network of stores. Further opportunities can also be explored within the Sales and Operations function.

What we look for
We welcome candidates with 1-3 years of retail supervisory experience or with school certificate or above qualification, who are enthusiastic and customer oriented, with a passion for retail.
